Biography

Miguel Ángel Sellés Cantó is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering (Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain).

He teaches graduate and master courses. Supervise and advise students. His research is focused on the fields of AI, tribology, metal forming and bioengineering.

Miguel Angel has written 5 books and 4 book chapters. He has published more than 35 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and has participated in 9 research projects.

He has participated as Technical Chair of the International Research Group on Tribology in Manufacturing (IRGTM) and is also a fellow of the Society of Spanish Manufacturing Engineers (SIF), since its foundation in 2004.
